About Me
I am an empath who has rediscovered her purpose. Like many people, I have raised a family, pursued a career, and managed life’s twists and turns. But along the way, I got lost and found myself facing physical health issues and emotional turmoil.
Years of debilitating pain and undiagnosable health issues left me lost, hopeless, and severely depressed. I was stuck in a state of survival, desperately working just to make it from one day to the next. I couldn’t see a way out; I couldn’t see a future.
That was when my guides stepped in.
Through spiritual exploration, self reflection, and education, my mindset began to shift. I discovered the power that my mindset has over my outlook, happiness, and ultimately, my health. What I learned not only changed my life, it saved it.
Returning to my spiritual roots helped me rediscover my life’s purpose and make sense of the physical and emotional pain I was experiencing. My journey, and the power of what I discovered about the universe and rediscovered about myself inspires me to help others.
Changing my mindset gave me back my life. I still struggle sometimes, and those mystery illnesses still have no diagnosis, but I no longer feel lost or hopeless. I know first-hand the power of spirituality, energy healing, and mindset change. It is the greatest honor and privilege of my life to share that with others.
